Personal information will not be kept for longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Different information may be retained for different periods.

For example, transaction and financial records may need to be retained for the period required by tax and accounting law, while enquiry information that does not lead to a booking or purchase may be deleted sooner.

Information may also be retained where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or otherwise disposed of where reasonably practicable.

12. Photographs and Portrait Artwork

Photographs created by Dave Drew Fine Art may contain personal data where an identifiable person appears in an image.

The use of photographs of dogs and finished portrait artwork is also governed, where applicable, by the relevant Private Commission terms, Model Portrait Agreement and Dave Drew Fine Art Terms & Conditions.

Where photographs contain identifiable people, their use will be considered separately from photographs or artwork depicting dogs alone.

However, no internet-based system or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
