A private commission is an opportunity to create a unique fine art photographic portrait of your own dog, individually photographed and developed in my signature painterly style.
From choosing the size and frame through to the portrait sitting and final presentation, each commission is created specifically for you and your dog.

We begin by discussing your dog and the portrait you have in mind. Together we'll choose the size, frame and presentation of your finished artwork, and agree the final commission price before your portrait sitting.
Your commission is secured with a 50% payment before the sitting. The session itself is relaxed and unhurried, giving me the time to photograph your dog carefully and create a selection of portraits for you to choose from.
Following the sitting, you choose the photograph you would like me to develop. I then individually create your finished portrait in my signature painterly style, carefully developing the image before presenting it to you for approval.
Once you are completely happy with your portrait, the remaining balance is paid. Your artwork is then professionally produced and framed before being personally checked by me and prepared for collection or delivery.
